Due to the nature of precious metal investments, returns and refunds are subject to strict regulations to ensure security, authenticity, and transparency. At Impront SHPK, we are committed to protecting our clients and ensuring fairness in every transaction.

2.Return Conditions

Due to the nature of investment-grade gold, returns are strictly limited and may only be accepted under the following conditions:

• You received the wrong item or the product was visibly damaged during shipping. • The gold unit remains unopened, untampered, and sealed in its original packaging. • The return request is submitted within 2 business days of confirmed delivery.

Each case is subject to verification and must comply with our asset integrity and security protocols.To request a return, contact our customer service at gold@improntgroup.com with:

• Your full name • Order number • Photos of the product and packaging • Explanation of the issue

After reviewing your request, our team will inform you if the return has been approved and provide return instructions.

3.Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method. • Any price difference due to gold market variation is not refundable. 4.Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges. If eligible, you may return the item and place a new order.
